Illinois Transport, Inc is pleased to announce the launch of their brand-new website. The site’s focus remains on the key services of the company such as depot services, refrigeration services, maintenance and repairs and mobile repairs. However, a new page is now dedicated to the sale of intermodal equipment such as generator sets, chassis and modified containers of all shapes and sizes.
“The equipment sales side of the business has been operational for a number of months.” said President and CEO, Joshua Cooley. “We will be retaining our focus on our core business but we have now employed a dedicated team to drive growth in this market.”
“It was an ideal time to freshen up our website while introducing our new business to a different market. We are also excited to have embraced social media for the first time to connect with our customers, suppliers and staff.”
Illinois Transport, Inc has been awarded the prestigious Carrier CareMAX award for demonstrating exceptional commitment to the implementation of refrigerant management processes and controls.
Illinois Transport is the first ever service center in North America to be recognized in this way.

Illinois Transport, Inc is proud to announce that we have recently secured a new contract with Zim Integrated Shipping Services. The contract will be serviced out of our new Chicago depot.
Zim is the headquartered in Haifa in Israel and has their North American headquarters in Norfolk, Virginia. Zim is the largest cargo shipping company in Israel and regularly features as one of the top 20 global carriers.
President & CEO, Josh Cooley, said:” We are extremely pleased that we have managed to secure a contract with such a prestigious global company. Our depot in Chicago has only been fully operational since early 2017 so it gives the company and our entire team a tremendous boost”.
Illinois Transport will be conducting maintenance and repair work on Zim’s refrigerated and dry containers with immediate effect.
